20XX Year End Contribution Statement Instructions:

1. Click on the menu button at the top-right

2. Select My Giving History

3. Enter Start Date: 01/01/20XX

4. Enter End Date: 12/31/20XX

5. Click View Statement

6. Click the printer icon to print

Note: XX is the year end statement date in which you are looking for.
